Healthcare providers and clinics
Set out service scope, referral arrangements and patient-facing terms in language that is clear to the people expected to follow it.
Commercial contracts for Irish businesses
In regulated sectors, an agreement carries obligations beyond the two parties signing it. Ian's Covenant supports healthcare, life sciences, renewable energy, telecoms and fintech businesses with clear distribution, installation, reseller and collaboration agreements.

Agreement types
Each agreement should reflect how the work actually happens, who makes decisions and where duties sit. Fit the agreement to operations.
Set out service scope, referral arrangements and patient-facing terms in language that is clear to the people expected to follow it.
Define territory, supply responsibilities, ordering, support and what each party must do when the relationship changes.
Record each party's contribution, access to materials, handling of information and agreed outputs for research or supply work.
Cover installation scope, site access, customer responsibilities, performance expectations and the service arrangements that follow.
Set out reseller and referral roles, commercial terms, support duties, brand use and clear responsibility boundaries.
Roles, duties and change
When several organisations contribute to one service or supply chain, the contract should say who owns each task. Put ownership in writing.
Map who supplies, installs, maintains, supports or communicates with the customer. Spell out hand-offs so important tasks do not fall between parties.
Translate relevant obligations into actions each party can carry out, with clear owners, timing and cooperation requirements where needed.
Set a route for notifying one another when requirements, products, services or operating arrangements change. Agree who assesses the effect.
Define what information is kept, how it is shared and how the parties assist each other when questions or issues arise.
Plan for notice, outstanding work, handover and continuing duties so an exit does not leave customers or ongoing obligations without a clear route forward.
Renewable energy and solar
Good solar customer contracts make the work, access requirements and aftercare easy to understand before installation begins. Set standards before work starts.
Describe the agreed work, site access, customer preparation and the steps that affect completion. A renewable energy installation agreement should reflect the real process on site.
State what the parties have agreed to measure or provide, how performance information is recorded and what happens if the agreed position changes.
Make payment, warranty, maintenance and service provisions easy to find. Customers should understand their own responsibilities as well as the installer’s.
Commercial structures
The commercial model sets the shape of the agreement. Make roles, payment triggers and exit arrangements clear before the relationship grows.
Define territory, pricing, sales responsibilities, customer support and the limits on using each party's brand.
Set out what counts as an introduction, when compensation is due and where each party's responsibility begins and ends.
Record governance, deliverables, decision-making and review points. Add exit terms that help protect service continuity for customers.
Define the route out, too.
